In a world destroyed by superhero antics, insurance claims adjuster Doug Ordinary becomes the victim of a scam promising to uncover his “dormant” superpower. Goaded by a dickish narrator, he dedicates himself to tracking down the con artist while trying to right the wrongs perpetrated by the evil insurance company he works for.
